Stefano Ciardi is a musician, a composer and a video designer at the Zaches Theatre, which he joined in 2007. He has been studying classical guitar, electric bass and music harmony since 1996, taking part in numerous projects with prominent musicians, performing both in Italy and abroad.

Stefano studied music history at the University of Florence.

Since 2007 he has been studying in depth the digital information and the new technologies applied to audio and video, cooperating with Giancarlo Lanza, the Centro Tempo Reale in Florence, whith Marco and Dario Brunori Cinquegrana. With the Zaches Theatre Stefano has Experienced the sound processing in real time and the use of music / sound put in direct relation to gesture / movement.

In 2010 he won the award for "The Best Musical Composition" at the International Festival "Petrushka the Great 2010" in Ekaterinburg (Russia).

In 2011 he founded his own record studio "Aula4Studio" in Vinci (FI), a laboratory for musical research and production.
